I started load development on this projectile in .308 Winchester using H4895 at a starting charge of 42g with a COAL of 2.800. Peterson brass, federal 210m primer.
Worked up to 44.9g with no pressure signs. Accuracy node was obtained at 44.3 and 44.6g powder with a velocity of 2840fps. Accuracy was 1/2 MOA. Thompson Center compass rifle; 22 inch barrel; 1:10 twist.
In loading I found three plastic tips broken off the projectiles, with a couple more having deformed tips. No on-game performance to report, yet.
