So, why is what appears to be a cannelure ring so narrow AND so shallow? The handloader must micro-manage case length in order to set the case mouth in the exact spot for the crimp into that ring. If the handloader wants an exact over all length AND use the cannelure ring then case length becomes the thing to manage.MAKER: The design is based on what was asked for by customers.
